Pineapple Tart

My favourite pineapple tart^^

I know it should be more erm…, appetizing but this is as far as I can get with my skills right now. I know I’m not good at cooking… Well, all the more reason not to expect anything fancy from me…w

It turned out that the dough only give us about 50 cookies, which means I have to bake these again tomorrow (sigh). I want to make rolled pineapple tart! (Because it has more pineapple in it^^)

THIS YEAR’S FIRST HOMEMADE COOKIES!

It has real-ly been a long time since I last wrote anything in English -.-

Consider this blog as a space for me to brush up my deteriorating English. It’s really frustrating when the word you want doesn’t appear in your head when you’ve already wrote that word thousands times before in your life. Trust me.

A week until Hari Raya!

I’ve started baking some cookies. Oh, yeah!

Today’s recipe was Arab Cookies. My sister loves it, but I don’t. I wanted to make pineapple tart (my fav^^), but I had to postpone it due to some ‘incident’.

 I guess I’ll make it tomorrow^^♪

Speaking about food (drinks included), I finally get to drink coconut water (it’s a bit transparent and sweet♪)! Get a pandan coconut, cut away the top, pour the content (water) into a jug, add some ice cubes and it is done! You can also drink it straightaway from the coconut. I couldn’t find coconut water anywhere in Japan. Maybe there’s some in Okinawa, I guess.

Next drink, sugarcane juice! (It’s green, and of course, sweet!)★
